Crudda Custom Jewelry Policy
At Crudda, we take pride in crafting high-quality, one-of-a-kind pieces designed just for you. Because each custom order is built from scratch, we follow a step-by-step process to ensure everything is clear and smooth from start to finish.
1. $200 CAD Deposit (Non-Refundable)
To begin the custom process, a $200 deposit is required to create a 3D CAD (Computer-Aided Design) of your piece.
This design is a detailed 3D digital mockup that shows your custom jewelry from multiple angles before anything is made. It helps you visualize the final result and allows for minor adjustments.
- This fee is non-refundable.
- It will be applied to your total if you move forward with the order.
2. 50% Production Deposit After CAD Approval
Once you approve the CAD design, a 50% deposit of the total price is required to begin production.
- This confirms your order and allows us to start crafting your piece.
- After CAD approval and payment, no further changes can be made.
3. Final 50% Payment Before Delivery
When your custom piece is complete, the remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before shipping or pickup.
- Your jewelry will be shipped with insured tracking once the full payment is made.
4. All Custom Orders Are Final
Custom pieces are made just for you. Once the CAD is approved and production begins, all sales are final. (no cancellations, returns, or exchanges.)
5. Customer Responsibility
Please double-check all design details (names, spellings, ring sizes, images, etc.) before approving the CAD.
