We make every effort to provide accurate information on our website. However, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, current, or free from errors.

Product descriptions, product images, renderings, videos, prices, sizes, weights, diamond or stone details, availability, production times, and shipping estimates may change at any time without notice.

Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Crudda LLC sells jewelry, custom jewelry, watches, accessories, and related products or services.

We make every effort to display product colors, materials, stones, finishes, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors, shine, scale, stone appearance, or finish exactly as they appear in person.

Renderings, mockups, CAD designs, product photos, videos, and sample images are for reference only. The final product may vary slightly due to handmade production, stone setting, polishing, plating, casting, photography, lighting, screen display, or manufacturing differences.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, update product descriptions, or change product pricing at any time without notice.

SECTION 5 - CUSTOM ORDERS, CAD DESIGNS, AND DEPOSITS

Custom jewelry orders are made specifically for the customer and are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing by Crudda LLC.

Deposits, consultation fees, CAD fees, mockup fees, design fees, and digital service fees are non-refundable once work has started.

A deposit may be required to begin a custom project, design, CAD, mockup, sourcing, or production. The deposit secures the start of work and may be applied toward the total order balance unless otherwise stated.

CAD designs, mockups, sketches, and renderings are digital services and do not guarantee a finished physical product unless the customer approves production and pays the required production balance.

After a customer approves a CAD, mockup, design, invoice, or production details, changes may not be possible or may require additional fees.

Production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Custom jewelry may require additional time due to design complexity, stone sourcing, casting, setting, polishing, plating, quality control, shipping, or other factors outside of our control.

Final payment must be completed before delivery, shipment, or release of the finished product unless otherwise agreed in writing by Crudda LLC.

SECTION 6 - WATCHES AND AFTERMARKET CUSTOMIZATION

Some watches sold by Crudda LLC may be customized, modified, aftermarket, pre-owned, or include aftermarket parts, stones, bezels, cases, dials, bracelets, straps, plating, or other modifications.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Crudda LLC is not an authorized dealer, agent, affiliate, or representative of any third-party watch brand. All third-party brand names, logos, trademarks, and model names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the original watch style, compatibility, or base product.

Aftermarket customization may void original manufacturer warranties. Crudda LLC does not guarantee that customized watches will be serviced, accepted, or warranted by the original manufacturer.

Any warranty, service, or repair support offered by Crudda LLC must be stated in writing at the time of purchase.

SECTION 7 - DIAMONDS, MOISSANITE, GEMSTONES, AND MATERIALS

Product descriptions may include information about diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, moissanite, gemstones, metals, plating, gold, silver, or other materials.

Unless a specific certificate or grading report is provided, stone details such as color, clarity, size, weight, carat weight, and grade are approximate and based on supplier, manufacturer, or internal product information.

Moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, and other gemstones may vary in appearance, cut, shine, fire, color, clarity, and size.

Gold plating, vermeil, PVD plating, and other finishes may naturally wear over time depending on use, care, sweat, chemicals, water exposure, cleaning methods, and storage.

Customers are responsible for properly caring for jewelry and watches. Damage caused by misuse, impact, water exposure, chemicals, improper cleaning, improper storage, or normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect.

SECTION 8 - ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Crudda LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, hold, cancel, or request additional verification for any order at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until payment is received and processed, and Crudda LLC confirms acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears fraudulent, suspicious, high-risk, incorrectly priced, unauthorized, incomplete, or in violation of our policies.

We may require additional verification for certain orders, including identity verification, billing verification, shipping verification, payment confirmation, or signed authorization.

If we cancel or make changes to an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges will be honored by your payment provider.

All shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, incorrect addresses, payment verification, production delays, supplier delays, high order volume, or events outside our control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Crudda LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Some shipments may require signature confirmation. If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned, or undeliverable, additional shipping fees may apply.

SECTION 11 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and store credits are handled according to our Refund Policy:

Custom orders, made-to-order items, personalized items, CAD services, digital design services, deposits, watches, modified items, and final sale items may not be eligible for refund, return, exchange, or cancellation unless otherwise stated in writing by Crudda LLC.

However, any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Crudda LLC. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Crudda LLC, including any injury, damage, loss, refund, product issue, or dispute related to purchases from Crudda LLC.

By using our website and services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with Crudda LLC.
