Every custom piece is built from scratch around your vision. Our process allows us to properly design, price, produce and inspect your jewelry before it reaches you.

DESIGN & PRICING
Consultation & Estimate
We will review your idea, discuss the materials and craftsmanship required, and provide a ballpark estimate based on the available details.
The exact price can only be confirmed after the 3D CAD is completed.
PLAN YOUR PIECE
Begin Your Design
A $200 design fee begins the creative process. Our team will use your concept to create a custom 3D CAD model of your piece.
The $200 CAD deposit is non-refundable because it covers the cost of your custom 3D design. It will be credited toward the final price if you continue with production.
PREVIEW YOUR DESIGN
Review & Refine Your CAD
You will receive a detailed 3D CAD preview of your piece, with up to two reasonable revision rounds included before final pricing and approval.
Major changes or additional revisions may require an added fee.
FINALIZE YOUR PIECE
Approve Your Design & Quote
Once the CAD is complete, you will receive the exact production quote and approve the final design, measurements, materials, colors, stones, and placement.
No design changes can be made after final approval
BRING IT TO LIFE
Production Begins
Once your total payments equal 60% of the final price, your piece enters production for casting, stone setting, polishing, finishing, and inspection.
Production takes approximately two weeks on average but may vary by design.
DELIVERED TO YOU
Receive Your Custom Piece
Once your piece is complete, you will receive photos of the finished jewelry for review. The remaining 40% balance must be paid in full before pickup, delivery, or insured shipping.
All custom jewelry is final sale, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
