Crudda Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit only within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. To start a return, email wearcrudda@gmail.com. Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Final Sale: Watches, custom jewelry, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges: Return your item (if eligible) for store credit and place a new order.
